Di manakah anda meletak kenderaan anda?

1. Adakah anda meletak kenderaan di luar kawasan Sri Mahligai (berhadapan sekolah)? Jika ya, kami nasihatkan anda supaya mengambil tindakan segera untuk mengalih kenderaan anda.

Dear JMC, if you would like to be sincere on letting all owners park their vehicles in the Condo, (which would also ease traffic out on the road and create a better image), I would suggest lowering the parking fees a little. I am currently paying rm60 a month for a lot which comes down to rm2 per day for what? There is no roof over the car and I get free stuff every morning on my car, eg;bread, ice cream, sweets, plastics of all sorts, cloths, pastries and many others.

Bring it down to RM30 (like my multistorey parking lot in the office), and perhaps there would be more people parking willingly instead of being forced due to the enforcement officers summoning outside.

As for those parking inside the compound without a valid permanent pass or temporary pass, well, it is bound to happen with the guards doing practically nothing in the room.

I would suggest them to make rounds of the visitors parking lot(other than the rounds of every few floors), to make sure there are no "unauthorized visitors".

As for those few inconsiderate expats "long term" parking at the washing areas or loading unloading areas, these should be monitored by the guards and clamped too!

All the best JMC

1. You have a point Eddy. We will discuss about lowering the parking charges in our coming meeting.

2. On your "unauthorised visitors" and "long-term" parking at the washing area, it will be notified to the security.

3. We also appreciate if residents could also help us by notifying the security if they observe "undesired" activities. After all we are staying in the same environment.
