closing date for water migration submission form is extended to 31st january 2010 due to bad response from the residents. so far the management office had received only 80 forms out of 634 units. Delaying of form submission will resulting delay in water migration. Please co-operate.
2010/2011 car stickers for residents are ready for collection. please bring along your old sticker to the office for replacement @ rm 5.00/per sticker. for tenants, please fill in the form, whenever the tenants' stickers are ready, the office staff inform for collection. Please do so by month end, failing which, you are not allowed to enter sri mahligai compound.
Please park your vehicle infront/under your respective unit, failing which your vehicle will be clamped. Residents are advised to rent a parking bay if they have more than one (1)vehicle or require one, @ rm 30.00/month. please call the management office for enquity. First come first serve basis.
Please pay your sinking fund (2010)and fire insurance coverage (oct'09-oct'10).
Please do not forget to pay your maintenance fees and water bill promptly. Thank you.
The management are becoming strict-er. Before, it was pretty relaxed i would say... I wonder what they are trying to accomplish. The security guards are keep on changing...and being biased so many times unless u biasa with them and belanja duit kopi then ure alrite. A car was clamped for no reason and no apologies were given. A car wasn't clamp when it is parked under the tree for instance but not the other car that did the same thing.
