Get healthy people!


Everyone agrees that exercise is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. By doing exercise regularly, it has been said time and again by many (including NHS UK) that it helps to maintain our overall fitness and it lowers the risk of many life threatening conditions. And, if you do it regularly it is said that you will live longer and you improve your quality of life.

How can we do it? At Sri Mahligai we are fortunate that we have the swimming pool, the badminton court, the tennis court (now a futsal court?) and most recently just reopen the GYM! Yes, the GYM! Oh, ok you may have seen it and we have got like 3 equipments plus 1 miserable sit-up bench. Oh, ok you may have signed up with other gyms. But for those who have not...hear this...

You have to book the gym one day in advance and what is more fascinating is you can only use the gym 2 HOURS PER WEEK! I know, so much for long life and healthy lifestlye. You said it is always occupied? I can see from my bedroom window that no one is using it MOST OF THE TIME. Is it suppose to be a show room?

They said its house rules...MC which rules are you referring to? I have the same set of rules...

my husband willing to use d gym at least 3 times a week.. but that 2 hr per week rules made him choose someplace else to go.. :(

I don't blame him...MC listen up, the gym is under-utilised!
