Can we start by re-painting the building. This place is great but looks like a bit run down....
draco's suggestion is true. most people said that this condo buildings looks old..
JMB is in the process of preparing paper work etc. regarding re-painting of buildings.
Please get resident's consent on color selection when repainting the building.
Ok - what is your suggestion? We are thinking of off-white with some bits of brown e.g along the balcony. What do you think?
