Snippet: water meter migration
1. End of December 2008, 15% owners agreed to the water meter migration.
2. As of today (29th January 2009), total of 18% owners have given their 'yes' to the migration. Folks, SYABAS say we need 100% "YES" from owners - not tenants.
3. We have set 14th Feb. 2009 (Saturday) as the day when SYABAS will be giving a talk on the migration to 'Sri Mahligaians'. Please keep your calender free on that day.

1. We urgently need a MANAGER to be positioned at the JMB office.
2. The salary shall be between RM3000-RM4000 per month.
3. The job involves amongst others: to execute all activities necessary to operate and maintain the common property, including the administration of employed personnel and contracting of external contractors.
